How often should I have my pool cleaned?Pool cleaning frequency depends on factors like pool size, usage, and climate. Generally, pools should be cleaned weekly throughout the year.

What is done during weekly maintenance?During Regular Maintenance: We empty all skimmer and pump baskets, we brush the waterline and steps/benches, vacuum, skim the surface, test and balance chemicals, clean filters as needed, and ensure equipment is in good working order.

What is your cancellation policy?Month-to-Month Term - Services continue automatically each month unless canceled by you or us. How to Cancel - To cancel, you must notify us before your next billing cycle. - If you cancel mid-month—there is no partial-month refunds. Commercial Customers (If Applicable) - Annual commercial contracts auto-renew unless 30-day notice is provided before renewal.

How do I pay? When do I pay?We will call you before your first visit and get your credit or debit card information to keep on file. All of your information is secure and entered into our payment processor which is inaccessible. After that, billing will continue every month on the 1st of the month. If you start in the middle of the month we will pro-rate that month. You CAN cancel at any time by texting, calling or emailing us. If you cancel mid-month—there is no partial-month refunds.

Do you offer one time cleaning services?If your pool is green, then yes we do. Green pools typically take 2-3 visits depending on the severity. If your pool is still clear we typically do not offer one time cleanings. Only weekly cleanings when the pool is already clear.

What do I need to do to prepare for pool service?Clear the pool area of obstacles, ensure gate access, ensure dogs are inside, and inform us of any specific concerns or instructions you may have.
